We don’t believe in a “that will do” approach. We provide good quality, great value student flats fit for you to live in day in, day out.
The weekly rent covers your room and shared facilities in the property. It also includes gas, water, electricity, heating, broadband internet and cleaners. All communal areas, the kitchen and bathroom are cleaned weekly. For the 2013/14 year we will complete the refurbishment programme and all flats will feature re-designed and upgraded kitchens and shower rooms.
Room Types and Weekly Rent for 2013/14
Single room: £75.00 pw
Double room: £85.00 pw
(We only charge rent for 46 weeks.)
Reduced Rates and Free Storage for Returning Students
2012/13 students who stay on with us for the 2013/14 year can re-new for the special offer price at any time (subject to contract).
We also provide our returning students with storage of their possessions over the summer period AT NO ADDITIONAL COST.
Administration Fee
On booking a one-off administration fee of £35.00 is payable and non-refundable, to cover administration costs.
Energy Contribution Fee
A one-off energy contribution fee of £75.00 is payable with the first rental instalment, to cover unexpected fluctuations in demand without the need to ask you for additional fees.
(There are NO hidden costs and NO additional utility charges.)
Deposit
£150 refundable deposit – this is to reserve your room.
You pay your deposit at the time you sign your tenancy. You can pay by cheque or by debit/credit card. For credit card there is a 3% additional charge.
How to pay
- Termly by credit/debit card or direct debit. Divided into three instalments, our payment dates are designed to help you as they reflect the date student loans are due.
- Up front in one go by credit/debit card or cheque.
(We do not charge extra for payment by three instalments.)
Cancellation of booking
- Please note that if you cancel your booking before 1st August 2013 we will return your deposit less a £75 administration charge.
- No deposit will be repaid if you cancel on or after 1st August 2013.
